Build this with us.
We're hiring, and we're building member-leadership pathways. Both matter, and neither is for everyone.
Who we're looking for.
We hire people who can hold two things at once: serious discipline about the work, and real warmth about the people. If you've organized before and you're tired of the jargon, you'll fit. If you haven't organized before but you know how to listen and you don't quit, you might fit too.
We're an equal opportunity employer. We strongly encourage applications from working-class people, people of color, immigrants, and Philadelphia residents.

Lead from inside.
If you're already a member and you want to step further in, we coach people into public leadership roles: spokespeople, campaign captains, and neighborhood leads. There's no application form for this. It happens through relationship.
The fastest way in: come to the next member meeting, do the work, and have a conversation with a staff coach. The path opens from there.
